Well, as many of you are aware, I am hosting the server myself until I can get a dedi. It will be offline from time to time, but if it is, just go on the forums 
It will be up 24/7 most of the time, unless it fucks up while i'm sleeping or I have a power failiure or something, maybe updates. But I will try and have it up as much as I can and update regularly to your enjoyment!
